Jay Scott

Mr. Scott has more than 30 years of oil and gas exploration experience, with seven years as a rig manager. He has overseen and directed oil exploration involving  24 hours per day supervision and management of major drilling and completions both domestically and internationally. Jay worked internationally for BP in Russia where he was overseeing logistics and implementation of drilling, completion, and operations in eastern Siberia. Subsequently, Jay was involved with a small Canadian start-up that commenced operations in the Komi region. Under his operational skills, the company grew from virtually no production to approximately 18,000 BOPD within a seven-year span. The company was acquired by a major ( now Super Major) oil company.
